Jordan Adare Cohen, RYT
I began practicing yoga in 2008 and completed my RYT 200 in 2013. On my journey as an instructor, I discovered a passion for fitness and a reverence for the human body and spirit. I drew inspiration from many mentors, and received trainings in various disciplines, including Pilates and barre. As a teacher, I consider it a privilege to hold space for and encourage others. Though my classes are sometimes challenging, my natural style remains nurturing and playful. I believe that kindness, inner connection, and intention are the most important parts of any yoga class, and if those are established, the rest will flow naturally.
